How can I go about the process of reviewing my records?

I believe some of records should have been sealed from 1996 based on a conditional discharge. I have requested a record review through fingerprints from the NYS division of criminal justice services. I need to review these records with an attorney.

You can call an attorney to review the documents for you. If you have all the requisite documents needed, the attorney should be able to inform you whether your record was fully sealed.
