Is there a jail time involved with the 2 misdemeanor warrants?
I recently discovered two misdemeanor warrants for apparently a simple accident of overshooting a parking space and striking an unattended vehicle. According to the police dept. records indicate someone filed a disorderly conduct (a mystery to involved accused person) and unattended vehicle being struck. Due to the minimum damage to the struck vehicle, and civilized composure of the accused, what is to be expected now aware of the summons and is jail time likely? One would expect fine but person is worried about jail time.
