Will my son have to serve time for his second drug offense?

My 23 year old son was just charged with selling pot. I am very concerned for him. He has a previous cocaine conviction and is still on probation from that crime. Is he going to have to serve time?

Probably will serve some time for the second drug offense while on Probation for another drug offense. You need to hire an attorney on this one. An Attorney may make the difference between 16 months in Prison, verses 6 months in Jail.

Hire an attorney to defend your son as soon as possible, as jail time is a possibility. You can contact my office for a consult if you live in the area of my practice.
